If your account is blocked because of a breach of rules, you will not receive a refund. A premium account is non-transferable. It is only valid for one game world.

I think it looks like they're implementing a premium version but haven't done it yet.

Now everybody use the premium services. But it will be end soon. If you buy credit/crowns and you can't use it because your account is blocked, then they won't pay back the money.
